Protos Red wine

Protos Gran Reserva, a wonderful wine, easy to drink, with a good fruity presence both on a taste and olfactory level and with a good aromatic complexity.

Made with Tinta del País grapes. Aged for a minimum of 24 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels, mostly new. At least 36 months in the bottle.

Intense cherry color. Elegant, fine and intense aroma. The tertiary aromas evoke a wide range of nuances, very well integrated woods, seasoned fruit, cocoa, mineral recall, toasted and liquorice. Elegant and persistent aftertaste that leaves a mouthfeel that is hard to forget.

Stews, Stews, Civet, Roasts, Small Game, Duck, Cured cheeses, Acorn-fed Iberian ham.
