Protos 27 cosecha Red wine
Manual harvest in small boxes of 20 kg. Cold prefermentative maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 25ºC in stainless steel tanks of 12,000 kg with yeasts selected from our own vineyards. Maceration of about 20 days, with several daily remontados.
Aging: 16 months in new French oak barrels where it first carried out malolactic fermentation and then aging. 12 months in bottle.
COLOR: Intense cherry red color, with violet edges resulting in a very vivid and bright wine.
NOSE: Elegant, with ripe red and black fruit and a fresh and original touch, which together with sweet and fine toasted spices, make it a very expressive wine with a great personality.
MOUTH: Very balanced and easy to drink wine, with round tannins and a long and very pleasant finish.
Roast meats, lamb, pork veal. Stews and stews, pieces of big game, cured cheeses.
