Protos Red wine

Cherry red colour with purple trim. Subtle aroma of red fruit with nuances of vanilla from the wood background. Fruity leaving a long and elegant feeling.

Red and white meats, pasta and rice, sausages such as ham, head of wild boar, sausage, chorizo, foie gras, pork, black pudding, blood sausage. Eggs: in any of its forms or tortilla. Vegetables: white beans with chorizo, Asturian bean stew, beans and all kinds of soups. Fish: tuna with tomato, cod, tuna with tomatoes or onions, marmitako. Pairs nicely with any semi-cured cheese, soups or with vegetables.
