Our varietal 100% verdejo, the House logo, is made with grapes from vineyards in 30 years owned by the family, and old vines of small growers.
Vineyard: vineyard, characterized by its platform of boulders, soil is poor in organic matter and presents some limestone outcrops in the higher dimensions. The climate of the area, continental Atlantic influence, forcing strains to search for water resources in the depths of the underground.
PRODUCTION: first held a maceration at cold between 8 and 12 hours. After a pneumatic pressing, fermentation took place at low temperature in stainless steel vats, the wine remains on its lees until bottling.
The visual phase shows a bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. , High intensity, the fragrance is elegant, fresh and complex. It shows a marked fruity tone, covering the range of fruits (peach), white fruit (pear), citrus (lemon, grapefruit). Also there are scents of fennel, scrubland and anise, balsamic background.
In the mouth appear again the notes of fresh fruit. Unctuous, sweet and elegant with a soft touch of bitterness, characteristic of the verdejo variety. It has a great structure that favors its persistence. The aftertaste is complex and intense.
It is a suitable wine for appetizers and accompanying dishes based on fish, seafood, pastas, rice dishes and white meats. It pairs with type of smoked meats, soft cheeses and ham.
