ELABORATION: 3 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration, carrying out daily overruns and delestage during fermentation at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel frustoconical tanks. Aged for 12 months in mostly American oak barrels.
Middle layer wine, cherry red color. Clean and bright. The nose is eminently fruity, cherry, dairy, spices, vanilla, fine and complex. The palate is agile, easy to drink, but with good persistence and fruitiness.
