Gómez Cruzado Red wine

Gómez Cruzado Crianza is a red wine with a Rioja designation of origin. Its preparation is 3 days of cold prefermentation maceration, making daily and delestage surrenders during its fermentation at controlled temperatures, in truncated-conical stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in mostly American oak barrels.

Mid-layer wine, cherry red. Clean and bright. On the nose it is eminently fruity, cherry, dairy, spices, vanilla, fine and complex. On the palate it is agile, easy to drink, but with good persistence and fruitiness.

Grilled or grilled steak and red meats.

Roasted lamb in the traditional Riojan style or lamb and beef stews. Stews and stews with intense sauces. Sausages and cheeses

Cured and semi-cured cheeses.

Grilled or sautéed mushrooms.

Poultry (such as chicken or duck) and pasta with meat sauces.
