Gómez Cruzado Red wine

Gómez Cruzado Crianza is a red wine with Rioja designation of origin. Its production is 3 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration, carrying out daily pump-overs and delestage during its fermentation at controlled temperatures, in truncated conical stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in mostly American oak barrels.

Medium-layered wine, cherry red color. Clean and bright. On the nose it is eminently fruity, cherry, dairy, spices, vanilla, fine and complex. On the palate it is agile, easy to drink, but with good persistence and fruitiness.
