Well covered, with shades of purple, clean and bright cherry red. Intense aroma of ripe black fruit, mineral notes and spicy, well integrated with elegant hints of toasted notes from the new lumber. Tasty, structured and balanced, with volume and weight in the mouth, and a long and persistent finish.
Accompanies meats, soft cheeses to a wide variety of meats and oily fish. Also ideal for pairing with tuna Tartar or morucha oxtail risotto
