Long ageing for a fine sublime. It is the perfect balance between soil and veil with 8 years of aging following the traditional system of nurseries and solera. Only two boots selected from the total sole.

Gold color with amber highlights. Light and generous tear.

Complex nose, very sharp, powerful veil of flower, chalk, hazelnuts, aromas of withered flowers, saline and minerals.

Intense mouth, slightly creamy, saline and very tasty. Its finish is impressive, round and balanced, with iodized notes, toasted almonds, aldehydes and dried flowers. Round and enveloping aftertaste that clearly marks its origin from Albariza land, nuanced by the greatness of biological breeding. It is the purest definition of an old fine.

Fine, ideal to accompany classic dressings, sausages and light cheeses. Vegetables, white meats or grilled fish will also be a perfect accompaniment for this wine, always served cold and in a high glass of fine glass.
