Lustau Amontillado Vors (Very Old Rare Sherry) has its origin in the search and selection that Manuel Lozano, former winemaker of Lustau, carried out among the oldest soleras of this wine that the company ages in its Jerez wineries. This wine comes from a soleraje of 8 barrels.

Dark amber. Aromas of hardwoods, leather, varnish and licorice, reminiscent of hazelnuts, toffee and caramel. Intense and vibrant, with very pronounced salty touches typical of very old Amontillados. Memories of dehydrated fruits, caramelized orange and smoky notes.

This wine has been bottled unfiltered, directly from the cask. It may show some turbidity or sediment, which is normal and in no way impairs the enjoyment of this exceptional wine.
