The solera of this Oloroso is composed of 110 boots that are bred in the winery that José Luis González Obregón has in the coastal city of El Puerto de Santa María.

Mahogany, with greenish reflections. Concentrated, aromatic and with smoky notes. Round in the mouth, with complex flavors reminiscent of dark chocolate and sweet spices.

Ideal with red meats, game, stews and roasts. Perfect to close a meal accompanying a cheese board.
