Cold maceration in the white maturana, to favor the primary aromas and tannins of the variety. Fermentation in concrete and aging on fine lees in: concrete, amphora and 600l barrels. Assembled and aged in 225l French barrels for 6 months, plus 12 months in the bottle.
View: It has a pale yellow color, clean and bright.
Nose: Medium intensity, with aromas of citrus fruit (lime peel), fresh stone fruit, notes of white flowers, subtle barrel and tertiary aromas.
Palate: It is fresh, with excellent acidity and friendly tannin. A white full of harmony, balanced and with a long journey.
Enjoy North Limit accompanied by white meats, truffled chicken, gorgonzola type creamy cheeses and fatty fish or kokotxas.
