Protos Serie Privada Red wine

Protos Private Reserve Series, developed from the attitude of Being First. Made with grapes from our oldest vineyards, more than 50 years old. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Color: Cherry red of great layer, with garnet edging

Nose: Elegant, complex and suggestive wine. Aromas of black and red fruit of excellent maturation stand out, very well assembled with the barrel, which provides pleasant roasted aromas.

Palate: Velvety and tasty in the mouth, where the pleasant fruity sensations mentioned on the nose are reproduced, accompanied by memories of its noble woods, very well integrated. Persistent very aromatic finish.

Red meat, sausages, game birds, small game, meat stews and light stews, semi-mature cheeses.
