Luis Cañas Maceración Carbonica is a red wine made by the traditional method of carbonic maceration, where the bunches ferment whole in the tank. The Tempranillo grape marks its character accompanied by the fresh and floral brushstrokes provided by the Viura. A rich and balanced wine that is recommended to be consumed fresh.
The carbonic maceration method together with the typicity of the grapes grown by the family give a wine with a clear fruity character.
On the nose, its notes of red and black fruit salad stand out, with hints of violets and mint, which bring freshness to the whole.
Tasty palate with a juicy tannin that makes us salivate pleasantly and gives length to the wine. A very slight needle point usually manifests itself at the time of the wine's premiere, and it fades as the months go by. The fruity character of the wine is once again revealed in the aftertaste.
