Ruby red color. The nose is clean, balsamic notes and memories of fine woods. The entry in mouth is soft and passing by velvety mouth and with volume featuring notes of red fruit (raspberry, cherry...). It has a pleasant finish back where the balsamic memories.

Is ideal for pairing with cured meats, red meat, birds, fatty fish, Hunt minor, medium aged cheeses, spicy dishes and stews hot as legumes or the traditional Rioja style potatoes.
