Luis Cañas Familia Red wine

It comes from the vineyards of more than 45 years of age. It has aged for 20 months in new oak barrels, 50% French oak and 50% American oak. Limited preparation.

View is deep cherry red colour. Nose is clean, with good intensity, hints of ripe fruit on a background to fine wood. Mouth is powerful, with tannins and step through balanced mouth. Wide and persistent aftertaste.

The versatility of this wine enables us to savor his personality and character with classic roast lamb or suckling pig as well as game stews. But also merges brilliantly with mushrooms, truffles, dark chocolate, dried fruit, dishes with cream, spicy dishes... etc.
