Aging: 20 months in French and American oak barrels. Quarterly racking.
Harvest: Manual harvest during the month of October.
Vineyard: Selection of old vineyards with low production settled on poor soils on the terraces of the Ebro, in the Sonsierra area.
Preparation: Made in 30,000 kg vats. Fermentation at 28ºC. Two weeks of maceration.
Visual: Medium-high layer, ruby colour with a tile rim that reveals its long ageing in barrels and its rest in the bottle.
Nose: Powerful, primary aromas of ripe fruit, complex spicy and balsamic notes and a slight touch of vanilla.
Mouth: Balanced, round and unctuous. Sweet, ripe tannins and elegant aftertaste
