Hacienda López de Haro Red wine

Made in vats of 30,000 kg. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 28 ºc and maceration lasts for 2 weeks. Aged in French and American oak barrels for a period of 18 months. Further refinement in bottle until they leave the market, with an estimated time of two years between barrel and bottle.

Intense color Garnet and pleasant aroma, which include ripe fruit nuances. In mouth is soft, expressive and elegant, combining in a fruity character with notes provided by the barrel, in perfect balance.

Pasta with sauce, meat, rice dishes of meat, sausages, pâtés, semi-cured cheese, fried eggs with ham, white meat with sauce.
