Hacienda López de Haro Red wine

Ageing: 20 months in French and American oak barrels. Quarterly racking.

Harvest: Manual harvest during the month of October.

Vineyard: Selection of old vineyards of low production settled in poor lands on the terraces of the Ebro, in the area of the Sonsierra.

Elaboration: Made in vats of 30,000 kg. Fermentation at 28ºC. Two weeks of maceration.

Visual: Medium-high layer, ruby color with tile trim that betrays its long aging in barrel and its rest in the bottle.

Nose: Powerful, primary aromas of ripe fruit, complex spicy and balsamic notes and a slight touch of vanilla.

Mouth: Balanced, round and unctuous. Sweet and ripe tannin and elegant aftertaste
