Ederra Red wine

Once the grapes have been destemmed and crushed, they ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, 28°C, with two weeks of maceration. It is aged for 18 months in American oak barrels. Before being released to the market, it rests for a minimum of 2 years in the bottle.

Appearance: Intense ruby color.

Nose: Liquorice characteristic of Tempranillo, black fruits with a mineral background. Spicy, toasted and vanilla notes from barrel aging.

Palate: Soft entry on the palate, with delicate tannins that make the wine very pleasant and rounded. Persistent and elegant finish.

Red meat and game dishes, roasts, poultry, white meats, Serrano ham, charcuterie, cured cheeses, blue cheeses.
