Ederra Red wine

Ederra Crianza is a red wine made in the DO Rioja. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels.

Maroon colour, violet reflections, medium-high layer. On the nose it is fresh, with fruity aromas, ripe red fruit, floral aromas, spicy notes, cinnamon and cloves. On the palate it is friendly, smooth, pleasant finish, voluminous, long, persistent.

Meats and roasts: Grilled red meats, roasted lamb and game dishes.

Sausages and sausages: Iberian sausages, ham and tables of semi-cured or cured cheeses.

Stews and legumes: Traditional spoon dishes, meat stews and legumes.

Homemade dishes and tapas: Potato omelet, sautéed or scrambled mushrooms.

Pasta: Pasta with tomato or fleshy sauces.
