Ederra Red wine

Once the grapes have been destemmed and squeezed, Ederra Reserva ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C, with two weeks of maceration. Aged for 18 months in American oak barrels. Before going on the market, it rests for a minimum of 2 years in the bottle.

Nose: Characteristic licorice of Tempranillo, black fruits with a mineral background. Spicy notes, toasted and vanilla from ageing in barrels.

Mouth: Soft mouthfeel, with delicate tannins that makes the wine very pleasant and rounded. Persistent and elegant mouth finish.

Red meats and game dishes, roasts, poultry, white meats, ham, charcuterie, cured cheeses, blue cheeses.
