Flor de Mar Chardonnay White wine

Millions of years after the sea retreated from the coastal depression, on calcareous soils and coral fossils, Chardonnay vines flourish with the strength of sirocco and Levantine. Marine influence in Flor de Mar Chardonnay , is a fresh and mineral wine that reminds us of distant times, when the Penedès was the sea.

Lemon yellow in color with soft golden reflections. Intense aromas of tropical fruit (pineapple), stone fruit (peach) and citrus (lemon) on a light floral (chamomile) and herbaceous (fennel) background. On the palate it is fruity, with very good acidity and a long and persistent finish.
