Brewing in stainless steel tanks between 21-30 days. Just the right maceration to achieve the balance between fruit and extract.

Aging: 24 months in American and French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 36 months of refining in the bottle, a period that is almost always exceeded.

Bright ruby color, with tile tones. Ripe and elegant, its aromatic richness is changeable and subtle, stripping bare as the wine breathes. Toasted and coconut notes followed by tertiary aromas (leather, damp earth), and red fruit and nuts. Round and silky tannins, complex and persistent aftertaste.

Ideal to accompany roast suckling lamb, game or red meat.
