Coto de Hayas Red wine
From a selection of vineyards of more than 40 years in the Garnacha variety and more than 30 years in the Tempranillo.
Vintage: from the second week of September.
PRODUCTION: traditional. Fermented at 28 ° C with temperature control. Takes place a maceration over 15 days, after which the malolactic fermentation is carried out of the
two varieties separately.
Aging: after fermentation malolactic fermentation proceeds to the maceration in French and American oak barrels for a period between 6 - 9 months, completing his upbringing
in the bottle.
Color: intense ruby red, with violet tones in thin layer. : High intensity, complex aromas where they mix the spicy and fruity notes (ripe fruit). Mouth: Attack soft, harmonious with the tannin from oak, well assembled and broad aftertaste.
