Coto de Hayas Garnacha Blanca White wine
Coto de Hayas Garnacha Blanca, vineyards of white Garnacha grapes with limestone and stony boulder soils, in the middle of the Ebro depression, cultivated in trellises at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level. Aged in new French oak barrels with very soft toasts and without roasting for about 5 – 6 months. After passing through the barrel, it is bottled.
Colour: Pale yellow with golden sparkles and its intense aroma of white fruits, flowers and aromatic herbs make it a very versatile wine.
Nose: Fresh notes of green apple and citrus are perceived, complemented by a mineral touch typical of the territory, which gives it complexity with a very subtle background of fresh wood.
Mouth: It stands out for its fat, volume and structure provided by the aging process in oak barrels, and enriches its flavor by providing subtle notes of spices. In addition, its creamy and balanced texture makes it ideal for both special occasions and to enjoy in an everyday event.
