Coto de Hayas Red wine
Coto de Hayas Crianza is a wine from a selection of vineyards that are more than 40 years old in the Garnacha variety and more than 30 years old in the Tempranillo variety.
HARVEST: From the second week of September.
ELABORATION: Traditional. Fermented at 28º C with temperature control. A maceration is carried out over 15 days, after which the malolactic fermentation of the
two varieties is carried out separately.
AGING: After malolactic fermentation, it is vatted in American and French oak barrels for a period of between 6 - 9 months, completing its ageing
in the bottle.
Colour: Intense ruby red, with violet tones in a thin layer. Aroma: High intensity, complex aromas where spicy and fruity notes (ripe fruit) intermingle. Palate: Soft, broad attack, harmonious with oak tannin, well assembled and with a broad aftertaste.
