Coto de Hayas Crianza 2020 is a distinguished red wine that embodies the essence of the Spanish terroir. Produced by Bodegas Aragonesas, this wine is classified as Crianza, showcasing a meticulous selection of grapes sourced from vineyards over 40 years old for Garnacha and over 30 years for Tempranillo.

The 2020 vintage reveals itself through traditional winemaking techniques that start with harvesting in the second week of September. It undergoes fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28ºC, followed by a 15-day maceration, allowing the flavors to develop fully. After the primary fermentation, a separate malolactic fermentation is conducted for each grape variety, enhancing the wine's complexity.

Coto de Hayas Crianza is aged in a combination of American and French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 9 months, completing its maturation in the bottle. This process imbues the wine with a rich ruby red color, accentuated by violet hues in its thinner layers.
