Zarihs Syrah By Borsao Red wine

Preparation: Maceration is between 4-5 days and the total fermentation is 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22oC to 26oC. 40% of Syrah is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months, and another 60% in stainless steel tanks. Appearance: Opaque red-black, purple. Aroma: Powerful blackberry print, with a touch of wood smoke and sweet vanilla. The nose begins to open and notes of dark chocolate develop. Mouth: The initial impact is very good body, unctuous and soft tannins, medium length and mild acidity. The flavors of black fruits dominate, wild blackberries and dried plums, with notes of espresso.
