Of grapes, fermentations at 25º C, aging and dynamic aging by the system of criaderas and soleras in oak boots vinified more than 20 years, of the physical - chemical type, by oxidation and concentration, minimum average aging of 20 years.
Dark mahogany color, bright and coppery reflections. Very intense aroma, characteristic of tobacco, cedar, spices, toasted sugar, toffee, orejones, prunes, figs, nuts, with faint notes of vanilla. Sweet, elegant, high acidity due to the concentration, fresh, velvety and with a great balance in the mouth. Retronasal very persistent, complex, pleasant and generous. Tremendously expressive and elegant wine.
At any time, with nuts, creamy cheeses and blue cheese, even alone, at the dinner table, as a coffee glass, glass and cigar.
