VINEYARD AND GRAPES

The grape comes from old Tinto Fino grapes, located on clay-calcareous slopes with yields around 2,000 kilos.

Vintage in boxes, with selection table, destemmed - crushed, covered up with hardly any need for a pump, alcoholic fermentation in a 30 ° C wooden tank and malolactic fermentation in new French-origin barrels.

The barrel aging was carried out for 24 months with two racking in that time.

COLOR: It has a ruby red color. Very high and deep layer. In addition to clean and bright.

NOSE: On the nose there is a large palette of aromas that floods the senses. The aromas of ripe red fruit and noble wood perfumes such as mahogany appear. This is followed by a mixture of cocoa and sour cherries, they are progressively enveloped with memories of cedar and spices.

MOUTH: In the mouth it is a tasty and enveloping wine; highlighting the length. The structure fills the mouth with silky sensations and demonstrates a great class. All this tannic power is accompanied by those aromas of ripe fruit and fine notes of tobacco.
