De-stemmed grape processing. Long maceration (21 days). It has been 14 months in French and American oak barrels.

To view presents a nice red cherry. On the nose the wine has aromas of ripe fruit, appear notes of black spice and minerals, which give the wine a fine and elegant character. In the mouth it is perfectly structured, full-bodied, with noble tannins, good acidity, tasty, wide and long. It has a long and harmonious aftertaste.

Perfect with red meat, game and roasts.
