Ondarre 7 Parcelas Red wine

Elaboration: Healthy fruit and at its right maturity to achieve a ‘guardian wine’. Fermentation between 18 and 24 ºC in order to preserve the aromas of Tempranillo and Mazuelo.

Maceration times around two weeks, with daily recoveries. The quality components are extracted in this way, maintaining the fruity aromas.

Aged in American and French oak barrels for 12\/16 months with periodic racking.

Dark red with purple trim. Red and black fruit aromas combine with other spices. Fresh and clean aromatic profile.

In the mouth, it has a soft and round entry, solidity and weight on the middle palate and great final persistence with a sweet aftertaste.

To be taken with cured meats, sausages and cheeses.
