Ondarre 7 Parcelas Red wine

Preparation: Healthy fruit and at its right ripeness to achieve a Ondarre 7 Plots Crianza. Fermentation between 18 and 24 ºC in order to preserve the aromas of Tempranillo and Mazuelo.

Maceration times around two weeks, with daily pumping over. The quality components are thus extracted, maintaining the fruity aromas.

Aging in American and French oak barrels for 12\/16 months with periodic racking.

Dark red with purple trim. Aromas of red and black fruits combine with other spices. Fresh and clean aromatic profile.

On the palate it presents a smooth and round entry, solidity and weight on the medium palate and great final persistence with a sweet aftertaste.

To be eaten with meats, sausages and cured cheeses.
