Ondarre 7 Parcelas Blanco White wine

The plots were harvested at various stages of ripeness. The first ones were harvested early, around their aromatic maturity, while for the less productive ones, their entry into the winery was delayed in order to achieve a greater maturity of sugars and phenolic compounds. As a consequence, two clearly differentiated types of wine were obtained, which were then joined together to achieve a very significant sample of the expression of white Tempranillo in Viana.

It fermented for 19 days between 11 and 18ºC. Subsequently, it was worked on its lees for several months until it was clarified and put in the bottle.

Light straw colour, with great aromatic intensity in which aromas of white flowers, bakery and spices are combined. On the palate it shows volume, firmness and a long finish.
