Viña Tondonia Red wine

Aging in barrique: 6 years, subject to 2 racking per year. Clarified with fresh egg whites.

Bottle aging: other, bottled unfiltered in 75 and 37.5 cl. bottles

intense ruby colour with light touches of color tile. Very bright and clean. Good and abundant tears. Concentrated and expressive aromas. Intense red fruit accompanied by spices (notably vanilla) and persistent toasted notes of good wood. Good input. Step dry and soft, velvety and delicious with fruit and spices that we have found on the nose. Soft tannins. Long and persistent finish. A red wine round and very elegant.
