Viña Salceda Magnum Red wine

Viña Salceda Crianza is a wine with Rioja designation of origin and made with Tempranillo and Grenache grapes. It is made by destemming, without crushing, pre-fermentative cold maceration for 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days at a controlled temperature. Subsequent malolactic fermentation in concrete and aging for 12 months.

Ruby red color, still with violet hues. On the nose very intense. At first, pleasant notes of vanilla, from aging, sweet. Then spices: white pepper, bay leaf and nutmeg. Full mouth, great balance, with very good volume and intensity. Crisp acidity that acts as the backbone of the wine and provides final freshness that invites you to drink again.
