Viña Mayor Verdejo White wine

Viña Mayor Verdejo is made from a selection of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a stay on fine lees for 2 months. It is a fresh, light and silky wine.

PRODUCTION AND AGEING: The harvest is carried out at the lowest temperatures, that is, during the night, when the optimum point of aromatic ripeness is reached. Gentle pressing. Fermentation at low temperature. Aged on fine lees in tanks for 2 months before bottling.

Lemon yellow with golden reflections, clean and very bright. On the nose it is intense, complex, showing a mixture of tropical fruits and white fruits, boxwood and lime, underlined by a fine mineral note. The mouth is sweet and wide. Powerful and elegant wine with a long persistence.

Ideal to accompany seafood and fish even fatty, fresh pasta and salads, sweet and sour meals.
