Preparation in cubic concrete tanks of 10,000-15.000-20,000 liters. Pre-fermentation maceration until the beginning of alcoholic fermentation. Maceration periods range from 14 to 18 days. Pumping in air twice a day, up to 1020 density. They are made without air and three delestage during maceration at densities between 1070-1040 of alcoholic fermentation. Cherry red colour with a bright violet rim that heralds youth this wine. • Predominance nose of red fruit. Soft toasted aromas with certain balsamic notes. Fresh, soft and intense mouth. It stands out for the silkiness provided by Syrah and the structure of the tempranillo.
