Cold maceration of the wort with the skins. Malolactic in new barrels. 12 months only in new barrels of 90% French oak (extra fine grain) and 10% Premium American oak (both with 36 months of drying). The forest of Matasnos vineyard (BMA) is located at 950 m altitude, which means being almost at the maximum survival limit of the vine in Spain. This added to a production below 50% of the maximum accepted by the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin by Ha, a very careful selection in the field and then on selection tape plus the use only of new barrels of premium quality each harvest, guarantees to have before them one of the best value wines in Spain. Red with great intensity and cherry irises, very bright, very lively and very covered. A deep layer is seen for its long maceration with the skins. On the nose it is frank and pleasant with a marked aroma of ripe red fruit with light touches of computerized fruit, well accompanied by sweet notes and high quality wood that gives way to very subtle spices with light touches of vanilla. You can see a great aromatic intensity. Sweet, warm and round attack on the palate. You will discover a wine with a character very marked by ripe fruit with hints of black fruit.
