Bosque de Matasnos - Tempranillo Malbec Red wine
They say that no other winery in the history of the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin had managed to produce a 75% Tempranillo and 25% Malbec wine. Being the first is of wonderful difficulty.
Intense pillory color of very high layer, clean. Very marked tear.
Clean and frank nose, high intensity, ripe black and red fruit, blackberry, blueberry and cassis compote, subtle cloves. Floral memories of our lavenders. Very elegant and complex wine at the same time.
Very nice entrance, fresh step, medium volume, tasty and intense, long and wide towards the end, very fine and persistent tannins. Again black and red fruit, light notes of dried figs, nutmeg, fine vanilla, rich. Cocoa, tobacco and clean leather bottom.
Wine to drink or save, interesting and with a lot of life ahead of it.
Perfect to accompany stews of roe deer, veal, mountain stew, red meats, roast lamb and hard cheeses like those of the land of Castilla y León.
