Vallehondo Syrah Red wine

Vallehondo Syrah is a 100% syrah red wine with a County of Huelva designation of origin, which expresses the extremes of the terroir, saline and warm, sand and limestone characteristic of the place.

Cherry red color.

Intense, elegant nose, dominated by ripe red fruits, jam or compote. Notes of spices, black pepper, licorice and in the background very well integrated souvenirs of tobacco or vanilla.

In the mouth, elegant, saline, silky and unctuous, it reflects the character of the south and the Mediterranean. Fresh entry due to the proximity of the coast and persistent route with structure. Round and elegant tannin, assembled with a very integrated wood.

Dishes with legumes, roasted vegetables, game meats, fish in sauce, stews or light stews, rice, semi-hard cheeses. As a dessert with quince or chocolate.
