Vallehondo Syrah Allier Red wine

Vallehondo Syrah Oak Allier, a 100% syrah red that expresses the extremes of our terroir, saline and warm, sand and limestone. Aged in French oak (fine grain and medium roast) for at least six months

Colour: Purple trims, cherry red.

Nose: Intense, elegant, where ripe red fruits, jam or compote dominate. Notes of spices, black pepper, licorice and in the background very well integrated souvenirs of tobacco or vanilla.

Mouth: Elegant, saline, silky and unctuous, it reflects the character of the south and the Mediterranean. Fresh entry due to the proximity of the coast and persistent route with structure. Round and elegant tannin, assembled with a very integrated wood.

Dishes with legumes, roasted vegetables, game meats, fish in sauce, light stews or stews, rice, semi-hard cheeses. As a dessert with quince or chocolate.
