Piedra Pura Ecológico Vino ecológico

Piedra Pura Ecológico is a natural red wine made with grapes from Pago Bocarrage (1967), without the use of sulfites, nor any treatment or additive, using exclusively well ripe Tinta de Toro grapes harvested by hand.

After spontaneous fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine remained on its lees for six months, until it was bottled with a light filtration.

With all its integrity and natural fruit, this wine expresses the best that an old vineyard in the region of Toro can offer.

Accompanying rice, white meats, fish and seafood
