Biological upbringing to the limit. Uncle Pepe Tres Palmas is a Fine Amontillado between life and death. Its 10 years of aging in contact with the “flower” gives it a unique character. Only one boot has been selected from the total solera found in the Bodega de la Constancia.
Pale amber color, bright and with coppery flashes. Intense tear.
Very complex nose, marked floral scents that are complemented by subtle memories of noble woods, vanilla,chamomile, nuts, orange peel and caramel. Very powerful, creamy, saline and very tasty mouth.
Its finish is extraordinarily long, oily and oily, leaving an eternal aftertaste, spicy, tasty, creamy and subtly bitter. A wine that marks the thin line that separates the fines from the amontillados.
Slightly tempered, Fino Tío Pepe Tres Palmas , will enhance dishes with a strong flavor, such as bluefin tuna, game meats or stews.
