Varietal wine separately, temperature of fermentation 28ºc. Without tartaric stabilization. Clarification after ageing in oak barrels. Filtered prior to bottling. Ageing: 12 months in French oak barriques 80% and American 20%.

Of fruity and intense, toasty aromas, cacao cherry red colour. With body long and round in the mouth.
