Remírez de Ganuza Blanco White wine
Manual harvest in boxes of 12 kg of grapes from vineyards of average age of 60 years. The grapes are then placed in a cold room (4-6 ºC). Selected on tables and made with the flower must (unprinted grape) extracted by a rotor tank. The wine has been kept with its lees for 8 aging periods in new barrels. Batonnage (lees work) is practiced to achieve greater complexity by turning the barrels.
