Viña Pedrosa Magnum Red wine

Viña Pedrosa Crianza is the result of passion and patience, it has the temperament and personality of its producers. The most representative wine of the winery and the one that best reflects the style and character of Viña Pedrosa.

Aging: 18 months in American and French oak barrels.

Rest in the bottle: minimum 6 months.

Colour: Intense pillory red with purple trim.

Nose: Suggestive and very expressive on the nose, the aromas of berries stand out along with delicate aromas of aging (vanilla, balsamic, coffee, toffee and Chinese ink).

Mouth: It is wide, with a nerve and succulent tannins. Its retronasal is very persistent and broad.

Roasted and grilled meats: Roasted lamb (especially the typical lamb of Ribera del Duero), chops with branches, Iberian pork and small game. The toasted nuances of aging in wood dialogue very well with the browning of the meat.

Stews and stews: Traditional spoon dishes, legumes with meat or stews with wine reductions, thanks to the structure and body of the red wine.

Red meat: Entrecot, beef tenderloin or grilled fillets with a certain intensity.

Cured cheeses and cured meats: Cured Manchego or sheep cheeses and Iberian acorn-fed ham, whose fat and salinity levels are balanced by the acidity and tannins of the wine.

Meat rice: Dry or soupy rice made with meats or mushrooms.
