Ramón Bilbao Limite Sur
Pre-fermentative maceration to preserve floral aromas and colour extraction. Fermentation in concrete (with a percentage of stems to provide freshness and tannin) at 24ºC. Aged in different materials (amphorae, 600l barrels and concrete). Assembled and aged in 225l French barrels for 10 months.
EYESIGHT: Ruby, of high intensity, clean, bright and with the presence of tears.
PALATE: Fresh, with good acidity and pleasant tannins. A wine in harmony, balanced and with a long history.
NOSE: Intense and complex, with notes of fresh red fruit, flowers, pink pepper and notes of scrubland.
Perfect accompaniment to red meats, cured cheeses, rice dishes and feather game.
