The second fermentation and aging, of a minimum of 9 months in the bottle, gives way to disgratilla, where we add the expedition liquor, in the case of pasión Cuveé it will be without any addition of sugar, since it is a brut nature. With this we respect the characteristics of the original product to the maximum.

Lemon yellow with golden trim, clean, fine and abundant bubble well integrated. Aromatic and very fruity, with notes of peach and citrus, as well as fine pastries. In the mouth it is very expressive and elegant, with a fresh and creamy step at the same time.

Ideal to accompany rice, fish, seafood and white meats.
