Barón de Chirel Verdejo Viñas Centenarias White wine

Vines very old of more than 100 years, in foot franco, pre-phylloxera, of the areas of Aldeanueva of the Codonal and Aldehuela, cultivated in glass.

Verdejo Segovia is different from wheel due to the acid and granite nature of soils.

Is vintage handmade in boxes of 20 Kg of capacity.

To the reach to Winery passes by a double table of selection of clusters and of grapes whole. Only the flower must is used for this wine since it has a turbidity not very high and high quality.

Seeks a contribution of quality wood that give a greater wine packaging, more depth, but that respect the nature eminently.

It came retrieved has a mouth dense, long and tasty. Its natural acidity, thanks to the altitude of the plantations (some 900 metres), ensures a good evolution in the bottle.

East wine pairs well with fish in sauce, white meat, roast lamb, cheese, grilled vegetables and legumes.
