Pasión Cuvee Nature Eco Organic wine

Selection of the best plots that provide us with excellent aromatic and acidity characteristics. The production of the base wines is done separately, but under the same criteria. Night harvest of the grapes and after a slight pressing, only the flower must is the one that we will take to ferment at a controlled temperature not higher than 15oC, to obtain the maximum potential. Then we will proceed to make the coupage of the three wines with which we will make the tirage. The second fermentation and aging, of a minimum of 9 months in the bottle, gives way to disgratilla, where we add the expedition liquor, in the case of pasión Cuveé it will be without any addition of sugar, since it is a brut nature. With this we respect the characteristics of the original product to the maximum.

Lemon yellow with golden trim, clean, fine and abundant bubble well integrated. Aromatic and very fruity, with notes of peach and citrus, as well as fine pastries. In the mouth it is very expressive and elegant, with a fresh and creamy step at the same time.

Ideal to accompany rice, fish, seafood and white meats.
