Pago Capellanes Red wine
A son of the demanding land, of the cold hills, of perseverance. The Pago Capellanes Crianza is the essential wine. Balance and integrity. It shows the good manners of the experience and the grace of the plethoric vine. Juicy black fruit mouth that invites you to eat and feel good.
But there's more. The Crianza maintains an invisible pact with the landscape. An imperceptible force that brings us closer to the truth of the place. And in an instant it turns the extreme climate vineyards into the most welcoming place in the world.
Aged for 12 months in medium toasted French oak barrels and the rest in a bottle rack.
Very intense cherry colour with purple rims. Bright. A lot of tears and dense. Expressive and intense aromas. The aromas of ripe fruit (red and black) appear very balanced with the aromas it gives off from its time in barrel: toasted, lactic and creamy, leather and a touch of liquorice. A very elegant set. Wide entrance. Soft, velvety and tasty on the palate. The flavors that we have found on the nose appear in a balanced way along with subtle spicy touches. Fine and ripe tannins. Long and persistent finish.
An elegant, round, very pleasant and friendly wine.
