Ovidio García Rosado Rose wine

Selection of grapes in vineyard and cellar, then maceration for 12 hours at 10ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel tank for 24 days, controlling the temperature at 15ºC.

High intensity raspberry pink color with great clarity and brilliant reflections.

On the nose, it is powerful, giving floral and fruit notes of which stand out fresh and ripe strawberries, without being the predominant aroma that adds more complexity to the wine.

The palate is fresh, with just the right acidity that makes it linger in the mouth, tasty and with great taste balance, due to the great sensations acquired on the palate, as well as well combined.

This wine pairs perfectly with rice, salads, blue fish and seafood.
